2.1 Audio and Transcription Data

We do NOT collect any audio or transcription data. All speech-to-text processing happens entirely on your local machine using the Whisper AI model. Your voice recordings and transcriptions never leave your computer.

2.2 License and Account Information

When you purchase a license, we collect:

• Email address: Used to deliver your license key and send important updates
• Machine fingerprint: A hash of your hardware identifiers (CPU, BIOS serial) used to validate your license. This is a one-way hash and cannot be reversed to identify your specific hardware.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.

2.3 Technical Information

When you submit feedback or bug reports through the app, we may collect:

• App version
• Operating system and version
• CPU model and RAM (for troubleshooting)
• GPU information (for CUDA support)
• Selected language settings

2.4 Website Analytics

Our website may use analytics services to understand how visitors use our site. This data is anonymized and does not include personal identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Validate and manage your software license

Your license information is stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase, which uses industry-standard encryption and security practices.

Local data stored on your computer (settings, cached license) is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption with a key derived from your machine fingerprint.

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share information only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Supabase: For secure database hosting
• Law enforcement: If required by law
